Yes! Many of our products can be personalized. Custom colors are always an option. If you would like to personalize something, please double-check all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Because many of our products are custom-made, we begin preparing orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to help if production has not yet begun.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

You will be provided an estimate when you place your order.Please note: Custom resin orders require a minimum two-week curing period in addition to the time needed to create and personalize your item.
