6. Payment:  Payment is required in full before production or shipment begins. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

7. Processing & Shipping: Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Cozy Creations by Tish is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only available if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our error
