While we make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs, slight variations in color, size, texture, and appearance may occur due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, as well as differences in device and monitor settings. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

At Cozy Creations by Tish, most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless an item arrives:

Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect due to an error on our part

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A description of the problem
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

Custom or personalized orders
Items ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
Changes of mind after purchase
Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that are common with handmade products
